If you wish to Dispute, it must be submitted no later than July 25, 2019.

The amount available for distribution is $ $1,468,718.80, which will earn interest, to be distributed, after deduction of Court-approved expenses, settlement administration costs, and any applicable Taxes (the “Net Settlement Fund”).

To be eligible to recover from the Chicago Convention Center Distribution Fund, you must have suffered a loss defined as “the difference between the Administrative Fees that they paid and the amount in excess of their Investments that they received from SunTrust or otherwise.

If you believe you are entitled to act on the deceased or incapacitated Eligible investor’s behalf, please provide a copy of any death certificate and a letter detailing who you are and your relationship to the Eligible Investor.
